Such a lovely place in a nice area to stay! Everything was well taken care of and stocked before we arrived and easily accessible. 20 minutes from all of the beach spots we visited, and around 15 minutes to downtown. We had a great time! Will definitely be back!

I wish we could’ve stayed longer! It was a nice home, very comfortable. The beds are super cozy and the couches are too. I came to Charleston for an important doctor’s appointment, so I was very nervous, but being able to stay in a nice comforting home with clear instructions from the host made me feel so much better. The place was clean and I could tell everything was properly sanitized.

This was a fantastic home for our family. Plenty of space for our family of 5. The home was spotless. Perfect distance from Folly Beach and downtown Charleston area.

This home was absolutely pristine! It’s very well thought out and has everything we needed and more. Comfy beds, good shower pressure, and well appointed kitchen. Perfect location for our needs and very private and peaceful. This trip do not allow us time to enjoy the fire pit out back but it looked amazing. We will definitely stay here again when in the area! Highly recommend!

This was the best Airbnb that I have stayed in. It was just like the pictures. The home was spacious and newly renovated. The landscaping was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting out on the back deck in the morning with coffee and in the evening winding down. Taylor was a great host! He thought of everything down to extra hair ties in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and a great location by highway 17.

Taylor’s home was exactly as pictured in the photos. Very clean and offered everything my family needed for a weekend getaway. Most definitely will stay here again in the future!

We loved staying here so much that I immediately booked it for a stay next fall! Everything was easy, spotless and comfortable! The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable! I have stayed in several airbnbs with high ratings that were overrated, but this was NOT of them! It is a true gem! I look forward to returning!

This was a very nice AirBnB. Looked just like the pictures. All instructions were good. Very clean. The neighborhood was peaceful. It was just far enough away from downtown. We were glad we were not any closer. Would stay here again.

House was well maintained and matched the pictures. Had everything we needed. Couches were not very comfortable. Mentioned this to Tyler and he is going to address it. But, house was perfect for what we needed.

Would absolutely stay again

This new listing was very recently renovated - Taylor’s place felt “like new” to me. The well-built structure contains quality appliances and fixtures, and genuinely comfortable furniture that isn’t cheap. The back yard is quiet and comfortable, with sights and sounds of nature in South Carolina to relax in. This location is further than I realized from downtown Charleston - about 20 minutes away. Mike, the builder and co-host, lives in a separated area attached to the unit, and was friendly when we met. This is a good option for a family or a group of friends to have a home base in the Charleston area, provided they are okay with a drive when they want to go visit the city.

The house was beautiful; I felt right at home. All of the furnishings and amenities provided were excellent and Taylor quickly responded to my initial questions. Would 100% recommend this property to anyone and would stay there again!

A great place to stay for a family vacation! We were in town for the 4th of July and to visit with family. Taylor's place was very clean, spacious and full of thoughtful touches. We had everything we needed and more. We didn't have any issues and didn't have to reach out for anything but he checked in with us a few times to make sure. Will definitely stay here again!

The craftsmen ship is top notch! So much attention to detail, down to hair ties and tampons in the bathrooms, and the perfectly laid floors and tile showers. Seriously one of the nicest places we have stayed. It was perfect for our family of 5. Thank y’all so much for hosting us. We will be back again!

We are super glad we found this spot! The house is newly renovated and it’s gorgeous! We really did feel right at home. It was nice have access to West Ashley and being only 20 minutes from King Street and such. Both Taylor and Mike were kind and quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend this Airbnb!!

This house was Amazing, the interior and exterior finishes were top notch. We enjoyed the southern comfort inside and the southern hospitality of grilling and entertaining outside!

Taylor and Mike were great. This house is absolutely beautiful, very clean and nicely decorated. The covered patio with tv and fan were amazing overlooking g the cute yard with built in Grill and fit pit. We checked in early without a problem. We will be back next year and will definitely book this house if available.

We enjoyed our stay! The home has been beautifully remodeled. House had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Easily accommodated 4 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 babies. Home is within driving distances to everything you could want to do in Charleston as well as 30 minutes to the beach. We had a great visit and would highly recommend this home to others.

Our stay was exactly what we wanted. A quiet, clean, and safe house to stay in during and after my son's kidney transplant. The beds were super comfy and relaxing. The kitchen was perfect! We absolutely loved this house.

The location was perfect, close to everything. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great activities nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing! We cannot recommend this property highly enough. Will definitely be back.

We were in Charleston for our daughter’s engagement photos and a guy’s fishing trip. The house was very clean which is something I always evaluate. Very impressive. Perfect for our group of four. Nicely renovated home. Exceptional responsiveness from hosts when we had questions.

Everything about Mike’s place was perfect! It was clean, well built, thoughtfully decorated, and just perfect in every way. The beds and linen were comfortable, the couches and furniture were high quality and the kitchen had everything you need. The 5 Roku TVs ensured everyone had space to watch and the living room TV was perfect for our movie night. Mike is a great guy and clearly put a lot of thought into the details and quality of this perfect Charleston getaway! It’s 10/15 min away from everything but we honestly were happy to just say in and chill with board games, Lego, and the sprawling well manicured backyard. Definitely looking forward to staying here again on our next southbound trip!

This house had such a warmth and was so welcoming upon driving up. The attention to detail and the beauty of the home was actually better in person. The host was attentive, not that there was a need, but let us know they were there if we did. I highly recommend booking you will not be disappointed!
