Modern Coastal Retreat

Very spacious & clean. Livingroom was very aesthetic. We only stayed for a short period of time but would recommend an updated fridge & air fresheners. Smelled musky the whole time we were there & would recommend some more amenities like baking dish pans. Close to Charleston.

This home is perfect for small family gatherings. Our favorite spot was the game room. We also enjoyed the deck although I wish we spent more time there. Place was clean! Beds were okay. Quiet & peaceful. We traveled to see our nephew graduate from High School. The location was great as it had many options for restaurants. Would recommend.

We came to Charleston for a wedding & we are so thankful we selected this place. Easy to find, close to the city but far enough away to have quiet peaceful mornings. This house is in a nice older neighborhood full of charm and southern-ness. The house was clean and ready for us at check in! Taylor was very responsive and accommodating to all our needs! We will definitely consider this place when we come back to Charleston!

We had a great stay. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Not a bad drive into downtown. Will be back!

We had a great experience staying at Taylor’s place in West Ashley for one week while my daughter participated in a therapy intensive program! The house was bigger than expected and very comfortable for our family. We felt safe in the home and neighborhood. Taylor was very friendly and responsive throughout the week, making a perfect host. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved having the secondary living space. Thank you, Taylor! We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Had a great stay for a local James Island soccer tournament to end the season. only 20 mins from the field and great place to relax in the off time. Definitely recommend it.

Great place! Super clean and cute. Love the 2 living areas with very comfortable sofas and layout. We did alot of cooking and kitchen had everything we needed. Beds are very comfortable. Good central location. Highly recommend. .

From the time I made my reservation, Taylor, respond back quickly👍🏾 the house is in a nice area, clean all around outside. The neighbor on the left side of the house greeted us with smiles and information👍🏾 Taylor was very informative with all the details regarding the property. House looks like as seen on the web👍🏾 everything was clean and he provides everything you need to make your stay comfortable👍🏾 I read some of the reviews before and after I got there, and everything was true. The place was quaint and clean. we were a party of 4 so we have plenty available space. Taylor was Johnny on the spot to respond, and I really appreciate his quick response. The location was easy to find and 10 minutes away from DT. Our trip was short and sweet. we had a great whether for the Labor day weekend but a few mosquitos around the back yard. If we come back to Charleston we totally will rent from Taylor again. Thank you Taylor for being a good host. Hasta la Vista. Martha and Joe

The home is in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Charleston and relatively close to the beach. Very tastefully decorated, clean with an abundance of room to stretch out and feel comfortable! Great value and comfortable stay!!

This place is very nice, clean, spacious, and comfy! Actually 4 bedrooms and plenty of common space between the 2 living areas. Beds were comfortable, furnishings were nice and kitchen had everything we could ever need. I enjoyed the back deck reading a book and it’s close to a few great eats. Taylor is quick to respond to anything and we found the location to be good for our needs of ease into Charleston and IOP. Highly recommend. Thanks Taylor!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb. A quick drive into downtown Charleston and also lots to explore in theneighborhoods surrounding. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was amazing! We traveled with four and had a fantastic time. Quite neighborhood but really close (by car) to the historic district. Lovely little garden with grill and firepit outside, great kitchen and comfy beds. Will definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay. It’s in a great location and really makes you feel at home. We are hoping we can book this same exact place if it’s available later this year in October. It was more than accommodating. And the host does an amazing job of giving detailed information making everything simple and easy to understand.

This house was ideal for our group of 4 adults. We were in Charleston for a work week, and we appreciated having a spacious, quiet house in a residential neighborhood to share rather than hotel rooms. The house has close access to Rt 17 so it was easy to get to Downtown, James Island, and Folly Beach. And there are plenty of restaurants nearby in West Ashley. The host, Taylor, was responsive and gave us easy check-in and check-out info. All in all, a good house, and recommended.

Amazing stay!

The house was located in a very cute, quiet and safe neighborhood. That being said, there was no walking anywhere unless you just wanted to go for a walk to digest. We were within short driving distance to restaurants and grocery stores. -The kitchen was well stocked with bare necessities (coffee, creamer, sugar, cooking spices, pot/pans and cooking utensils-even measuring spoons/cups) For those of you who prefer coffee pot over K-cups, he has a small 4 cup coffee brewer as well as a Keurig. He even offers tea, very nice touch. -LR had plenty of seating and we enjoyed the open concept into the dining area. -All the beds were comfortable with clean linens and fluffy or firm pillows -2 full BR offered complimentary toiletries and plenty of TP for our stay. (2 nights) -This house has a den with games and extra TV. We found a pack-n-play w/mattress CONS: washing machine was broken during our stay. We were informed after check in. Keep in mind if you go to beach, we had to alter our plans.

Taylor was a great host. Communication was perfect. It was very easy and stress free. The location was great for everything we wanted to do. 20-30 minute drive downtown and traffic wasn’t bad. Looking forward to coming back and staying at Taylor’s home again.

Taylor’s place was fabulous! My husband was able to run the neighborhood and it was a perfect drive to both downtown Charleston and Folly Beach! 10/10 would come back!
