Paul’s place was fantastic for our group. Everything was exactly as advertised, very clean, and in good working order. The back yard is beautiful, and the location makes getting in and out of Charleston a breeze.

We had a great stay here! The house is just as described. Very clean, tons of space, very cute decor. The only down fall is what I would consider the primary bedroom doesn’t have a TV. I have to fall asleep to a TV so we just switched rooms with our teenage daughter. There were also no wash cloths in the house. Also, not a big deal. All in all I would give this house a 10 out of 10. The location is perfect! You are right in the middle of DT Charleston and Folly Beach.

Great place, private but only a few minutes from grocery etc. Felt tight at home, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms with an open living room and kitchen with vinyl record player and even a crockpot! Would certainly stay here again.

Had an amazing stay in Charleston and would absolutely book this place again. The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described, with everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location made it easy to explore the city and get to great restaurants, coffee shops, and sights around town. Communication with our host was quick, clear, and helpful from start to finish, and check-in was a breeze. Overall, it was a perfect home base for our Charleston visit and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We loved it! We were really working on our house the whole time, but it was great to come back to this home and relax in the hot tub! The peaceful marsh view is to die for!

Pictures are 100% accurate. It was perfect for a couples weekend with plenty of room. Very close to numerous restaurants and downtown Charleston. My wife loved the simple extra touches like makeup removers in the bathroom.

We had a great stay. The house was in a great location, and in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and the hot tub was great. Beds were comfortable also.

Nice 3 bd house updated inside with open layout. Shower panel in one of the bathrooms was great. Good size kitchen, neat converted carport with ping pong table. They have a huge backyard with a cool view, 2 person hot tub with seating there and more seating by an outdoor fireplace at the back of the yard. Location was great. Close to the historic area and right up the road from an area called Avondale with shops, bars and restaurants there too. Airport was about 15 minutes drive. Living room had new leather sectional and tv we actually had no trouble figuring out (a first!) one bedroom had two beds(queen size?)and a tv and the others had a king size. Return visit to Charleston and we would stay here again.

Wonderful stay! Paul’s Low Tide accommodation is very convenient to Charleston’s Historic District. Home amenities were perfect for our needs: super clean, layout was roomy, attractively furnished, kitchen was open with everything we wanted and expected, beds were super comfortable, neighborhood was super quiet and relaxing with many nice restaurants in the nearby vicinity. We enjoyed using the bikes too! Great Value! Great Host! Paul is certainly the highest level Super Host, so dedicated and responsive! We will definitely check his listings first, when we visit the Charleston area again!

We enjoyed our stay at Paul’s place! It’s a very clean and quiet location. It had a great workspace and located near a few highly rated coffee shops. We would stay there again!

This house was beautiful and felt extremely home-y. The kitchen was well-stocked, there were about 5000 bath towels, bikes for us to use, wood for the fire pit, so much more. The beds were SUPER comfy, we all slept like a dream, and the neighbors were even lovely when we bumped into them. The location was about 15 minutes from King St and everywhere else we wanted to go - overall can’t say enough good things about this place!

This place was great! Well laid out home, nice and quiet to escape a busy day at the beach or on the peninsula. Home was really lovely and had everything we needed and Paul was very responsive. Very close to get downtown and to the surrounding beaches.

We booked Paul's Airbnb for a bachelorette weekend, and it was perfect for our stay! Cute, clean, and fit all of the people in our party! We especially liked the hot tub, and the location was perfect for all that we had planned for our weekend. Paul is a great host by being super friendly and very responsive. If you’re looking for a five star host that’s responsive to your needs - then look no further! Even prior to booking- he provided my wife and I timely and responsive communication that helped us plan and prepare our travels for a family with 4 children coming from out of state which is no small feat! The listing accurately represents the property which was a PERFECT fit for our family and busy schedule- along with options to make you feel like your home away from home. We left a valuable item behind and he was able to contact us before we got out of town to return to NC and arrange for us to return it. Our entire experience from booking, pre-arrival communication with all the essentials, and real-time updates helped alleviate the stress of a long commute with small children that made us “feel like we were at home” as soon as we walked in the door. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at The Low Tide! It fit our basic needs. The master bath seemed recently remodeled with a modern style and had a gorgeous shower. They had extras like Bobby pins, tampons, hair ties. Plenty of bath towels. I was able to do laundry which was nice bc we were there for a week. We were able to use the beach chairs and bicycles. Paul was responsive and helpful to our inquiries. The fridge made tons of ice and that made me really happy!

I really enjoyed my week here. I was in town for work and the ability to relax after a long hard day was incredible. Especially enjoyed the hot tub.
