Wonderful place to stay and a quick ride to the sites in Charleston. Taylor was very helpful and responsive.

Absolutely beautiful place! Exceeded expectations. The beds were an absolute highlight, felt like sleeping on a marshmallow. Taylor was extremely helpful after an issue we had which was totally our fault. We will definitely be back to stay again as his place was so nice!

The guest home was a short drive to downtown Charleston. There were also a grocery store, bars, and several restaurants nearby. The neighborhood was nice, and people waved when I drove by. It felt very safe and welcoming. The house was well-equipped. The only thing I missed was a proper wine glass, but thats just me being a wine snob. The home was perfectly clean, very comfortable, and the perfect size for a family of 4, or for 2 couples. If I get to come back to Charleston, I would try to stay here again.

This place was wonderful. The beds were 100/10, so comfortable. The house is in the perfect location with short drive to downtown and the beach! Taylor communicated well and gave great recommendations. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future stays!

I came to Charleston for surgery and needed a place that was easy to access and comfortable. Taylor’s place was that and more. It had a lot of windows for natural light which was also important to me. Taylor was so helpful and responsive! I spent most of my time on the couch but the bed was comfortable as well!

We had an amazing stay for our Charleston getaway! The location was perfect. Just a quick 15–20 minute drive to downtown, making it easy to enjoy everything the city has to offer while still having a quiet place to relax. The house was spotless and very well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. Taylor was a fantastic host. Communication was clear and timely throughout our stay. One of our favorite parts was the backyard space. The fire pit added such a cozy touch and made for a really enjoyable evening outdoors. We would absolutely stay here again!

I loved everything about this place! It was the most equipped house I ever stayed in . The neighborhood was very quiet and clean. I biked around and found nice trails and parks. Would definitely recommend Taylor’s place to anyone wanting to visit Charleston!

Lovely, well thought out space in a quiet neighborhood. Clean, comfortable and convenient for downtown Charleston. Restaurants and grocery stores very near (walkable if you are energetic). Well stocked kitchen. Really enjoyed our stay there. Pefect for our needs.

We had a small issue when we checked in, but Taylor was incredibly helpful and very responsive, even going as far as providing a refund for the trouble. A great space in nice, quiet neighborhood, with super easy to access to all areas/sites of Charleston by car. Would recommend! :)

We were very pleased with the stay that we had here. We had never been to Charleston before, and this place gave us privacy, time to hang out, and a relaxing stay. We were very pleased that this fit 4 of us comfortably in one space and didn’t feel crammed like others stays we’ve had in the past. We really enjoyed the fire pit area late at night as well and thought that was a good addition to the place. Overall, we would definitely stay here again when we come back to the Charleston area. Super quiet and great neighborhood as well.

We were a family of three on spring break. We visited three nearby plantation sites (Middleton, Magnolia, McLeod), historic Charleston, hunted fossils with Charleston Fossil Adventures with paleontologist Ashby (the best), ate at nearby spots, and visited Patriots Point. This site was close to all driving at most 30 minutes.

This place was a peaceful gem while visiting Charleston. Close enough to play in Charleston but just far enough out to get some quiet rest. Super clean and gorgeous with the best mattress ever!! Will definitely stay again on my next visit.

This home was very quaint and in a great location. We were close to downtown, which we appreciated. We appreciated the detailed communication from the host, especially pertaining to parking on the property.

Place is literally 15 minutes from downtown Charleston. Definitely would stay again here.

The house itself was nice but the fact that they didn’t have secure WiFi was super stressful and made it impossible to work for the first night of my stay

Fantastic house very private & peaceful

Taylor’s place was just as described. It was neat and clean and close to downtown Charleston without being right in it. The one thing I would caution about is the parking. It is very tight when all the neighbors are home and I wouldn’t recommend bringing larger vehicles. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again if was available for future trips.

This was a great location for easy access in and out of Charleston. There’s several restaurants and breweries near by which were great. The home was comfortable and we appreciated having access to the laundry. If you’re looking for somewhere that’s outside of the hustle and bustle of the city but still in close proximity this was a great spot!

We were in a very nice neighborhood with easy driving access to Charleston historical sights. Taylor checked in often to make sure we were doing well. The house was very comfortable for all four adults visiting. We would recommend Taylor and his place.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Charleston. It was in the middle of everything we needed. The place was cozy and met our needs perfectly.

We traveled here from Jacksonville Florida for my son’s baseball tournament at Shipyard park. Perfect space for our family of four. Beautifully cozy yet spacious home with lots of amenities. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Taylor was such a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend.

Taylor's place is great! Very clean and will instantly feel like a temporary home. It is about a 15 minute drive from the Charleston Coast Guard Base for any military members looking for a place to stay. Overall stay could not have been any better!

Taylor’s guest house was perfect four our family of three for our 10 day stay in Charleston!! It was clean, spacious, exactly as pictured/described, & has all the comforts of home. Taylor’s place is 10-15 minutes from just about anything you could want to do in Charleston & less than 30 minutes to Folly Beach. Taylor was excellent with communication before our trip & during our trip, making sure we had everything we needed. He was even gracious enough to allow me to have a package mailed to his personal residence before our arrival. Would absolutely stay at Taylor’s guest house again!!

We had a great time at the Taylor’s guesthouse. It is impressive how much they cared about the details in that house. It was very clean and in a condition over all.

Taylor’s place was exactly as described; Clean and about 15-20 minutes from the airport, downtown, Folly beach, and a few islands in the area. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and I felt safe. I never saw the host, but he was responsive via the app. I would advise you to be prepared to rent a car if you are not already driving your own. Ride-shares back and forth (even to a grocery store) were expensive or simply not available at all. (Uber will take you to the beach, but will not pick you up for example.) So as long as you have reliable transportation his place is perfect.

Fantastic rental with a great location in a very quiet neighborhood. The unit is exactly as pictured and all of the amenities were superb. The location was convenient and just minutes away from downtown Charleston and there was easy access to the surrounding islands, beaches, etc. Definitely a great value and very inviting place. Taylor also included many nice, personalized touches in the house as well a a notebook containing suggestions for things to do and places to eat. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place! It’s clean and cozy. It’s very easy to drive into downtown Charleston from this place. This is the 1st time I’ve booked an Airbnb and I am very pleased. Taylor checked in on us to make sure we have everything we need and our stay is going well. I would definitely come back.

Perfect place

This space was perfect for our needs. The area is safe and quiet and also very convenient to Charleston and surrounding areas. The house is more spacious than it looks in the photos. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the essentials. Perfect stay for our family of 4!

The home was very cute and very clean. It’s situated in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and about 15 minutes from the historic downtown. We felt very safe and comfortable there.
